This policy explains what information about you the white-index.com website receives, why it is needed and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to respond to your request.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we receive
From enquiry forms — what you enter yourself:
- your name or how you would like to be addressed;
- your phone number, WhatsApp or Telegram account;
- optionally — countries of interest, a comment, family composition, details of your company or project.
Automatically with the enquiry: the address of the page it was sent from, the site language, the time of sending and a partner code if you came through a partner link.
When you visit the site: IP address, browser type and request time. These technical details are kept in the hosting provider’s logs.
We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers or special categories of data. Please do not include them in comments.
3. Why we use the data
- to respond to your enquiry, hold a consultation and select properties or countries for your goals;
- to record whose recommendation brought you to us;
- to keep the site reliable and protected against abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising mailings without your separate consent, and we do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
5. Who else receives the data
To run the site, we use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and technical logs;
- Telegram — delivering enquiries to our staff;
The servers of these services may be located outside your country, including in the USA. There are no other recipients, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept while we are working on your request and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, after which we delete them. The hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited period under its own rules.
7. Cookies
The site uses only two first-party cookies:
- wi_lang — remembers the language you chose, kept for 12 months;
- wi_ref — remembers the partner code if you came through a partner link, kept for 60 days.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies on the site. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, you will just need to choose the language again.
8. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- object to or restrict processing.

9. Data security
The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only the staff who handle enquiries have access to them.
10. Persons under 18
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
