Our current ranking includes more than 40 countries, and in the coming year, two more countries will be added, for which we have been conducting in-depth real estate market analysis for over four years.

However, our goal is not to include every country in the world, but rather to provide our clients with a sufficient number of investment tools. If your country is not included in our ranking, this does not indicate any disregard for it; it simply means that, at this time, it is not part of our ranking.

Since the founding of our company, we have received six inquiries from diplomatic institutions of various countries. All of them have been reviewed, and we will similarly review any new inquiries. However, a review does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the ranking.

Moreover, some countries currently included are used as benchmarks for comparative analysis, rather than being recommended for investment.
