However, we kindly ask you to review the following information first. We evaluate not only the investment appeal of a property but also the reliability of the developer company. For validation purposes, the disclosure of some confidential information under an NDA will be required.
Disclosure of the company's beneficiaries and any individuals involved in management (both officially and unofficially). If there are any criminal records associated with individuals involved in management, the company's projects will automatically be rejected.
Be prepared for maximum transparency. We consider every detail, and the more thorough the information provided, the higher the likelihood of receiving a strong project assessment.
Information about previously existing legal entities of your company. We verify all information on beneficiaries regardless, but it will be much easier if it is provided directly by your side.
It’s possible that your projects are already in our ratings. In most cases, we collect information anonymously through our local partners.
If your company has a history of incomplete projects that harmed buyers, please do not waste your or our time. Companies with such issues are automatically blacklisted! The country where the incident occurred is irrelevant.
